The State of the Property Management Nation 2012 Survey

The research period for the Brethertons 2012 ‘State of the Property Management Nation’ Annual Survey is about to commence in July/August. The survey was launched for the first time in 2011 and 31 UK property management companies took part.

Following the huge interest shown in the 2011 survey results, many new property management companies have asked to participate this year. Are you one of them?

The survey research takes place by telephone interview over a two-week period, gathering quantitative and qualitative data and the results are available in the Autumn and form part of the IRPM Annual Conference.

Respondent company names are kept confidential throughout. Only participants in the actual survey receive a personalised copy of the full survey results and there will be an Executive Summary for non-participants to download from the Brethertons Property Management Hub in the Autumn.
