Brethertons and Marston Group Ltd service offering enhanced

As a valued client to Brethertons (or if you are not then we would like you to be) you will be aware that Brethertons use Marston Group Ltd as their chosen High Court Enforcement Officer. Marston Group Ltd offers an exception service which is used throughout the Firm. Brethertons consistently monitor the service levels, recovery rates and compliance of the Marston Group Ltd to ensure that we maintain our excellent client service levels. Current service level agreements provide for an abortive fee per visit made by the High Court Enforcement Officer which incurs a charge of £60.00 plus VAT. Marston’s now provided an additional service as follows:-

• If they make more than three attendances to a single address they will limit their fee to £60.00 plus VAT if the case is abortive.
• If they make one attendance to three different addresses and they are all abortive, the fee will be capped to £60.00 plus VAT
• If we make two attendances to two different addresses, the fee will again be £60.00 plus VAT
